Simple 3 chord blues (those are the best) metalized (even better) thanks for the downloads. I don't care what you do with those files and i certainly don't want any credit. I'm old but not so old that i invented the 3 chord blues. Take care tedski.

Chord progression (half note open guitar chords) for the widely recorded ragtime influenced song written in 1923 by Jimmy Cox, "Nobody Knows You When You're Down and Out". It features chromaticism through chains of secondary dominants (III = V/V/V/V = V/vi, VI = V/V/V = V/ii, II = V/V, and V) and a secondary diminished seventh chord (viio7/V=♯IVo7).

This is a sample of an ibanez edr470ex recorded via amplitude vst software amplifier. This was the first recording i made after purchasing my emu audio interface.

Only did this for a class, so i think you can tell that i don't know what i am doing. . Enjoy!.

Sorta old school, retro, vintage vibe retro rock with maybe a dash of neil young and grunge. Just some chords and vibrato.

Acustic guitar fender recorded with some amps from pod hd400 and some philters,eq and gross beat effects. I saved it in - 6 db with a tempo 130bpm.

Simple guitar strum pattern, 4/4 time, on a fender stratocaster, clean with light chorus - pack contains each of twelve chords (e - d#) played in both major and minor.

Very short piece of guitar sound you can use in your podcast, movie or anything you want to used it for. I played a samick hollow body guitar over a fender amp. I used different effects in the recordings, but, this one is the clean version.

Think of a spaceship launching from a desolate planet with hardly any fuel reserves. Sorta heavy distortion with the right amount of phaser and chord progression. Almost moody and atmospheric.

Recorded this with my epiphone sg through the focusrite interface into reaper. I changed the octave which gave it an 'organy' sound. I think bach would have had fun with something like this. :-) comments welcome.

Simple type of riff with some flange and vibrato/noise. Low gain type of distortion. Sorta random chords type of playing which would probably work broken up into smaller sections. Gets nasty at the end.

A little thing i came up with while doing some research on how j macis writes music. Found out he puts a capo on the second fret and by doing that this japanese pop chord progression i learned by watching a video marty friedman did on japanese style guitar improv was sounding a lot better than without one. This is free to use but if you do use it maybe throw my name on there, or at least show me what you did!. Recorded with a shitty usb mic i got for 20$ against an orange crush 20rt, effects used were a blues driver and a tube screamer.

Mild distortion tone, changing from c to d with a big bend for the end.

I recorded these with my yamaha pocketrak. I used my epiphone sg directly off my simmons d200 drum amp. Edited with sony vegas with 2 track duplications. Please comment on what you may use it for. Thanks. :-).

Just a little something i came up with not much else to say feel free to use for whatever!.

Simple type of chord progression, low gain type of distortion with a mild flange effect. Probably good for a break or intro but could be used for more if broken up. Changes tempo and tone near the end into something completely different.

Electro-acoustic guitare loop in c dorian. 115bpmit doesn't encompasses the effect of the soundboard. You should apply (convolve) a guitar soundboard impulse response to this sound to make it sound more natural.

Electric guitar, heavy gain. Faster style riff with a change to a hitting slow style break. Sorta punkish in a way.

Sorta out of tune and pitch but can probably be used for something in the background. Mid gain distortion with some vibrato.

Heavy distortion with some ample amount of delay. The very beginning is rather moody and trippy, then it kicks in for a slow arena rock style guitar solo, then some random notes for the ending.

I just like that bouncy bubbly kinda distorted guitar sound so i came up with this progression and it reminded me of k-on! i hope you like it and as always if you sample it or do something cool with it let me see!.

Sort of a riff but sort of an assortment of noises/harmonics and vibrato/tremolo effects. Chop it up and serve hot or cold, your choice.

Just playing with the alesis vortex keytar i got at a garage sale for practically nuttin'. The guitar synth is revitar. And i ran it through amplitude. Timings a off and it sound fake. Okay if the sound you're going for is a drunk robot, i got you covered. Actually, i think a keytar and a good guitar synth would actually be pretty sweet. Best garage sale find ever. Better than that time i got all those pedals.

Nasty type of tones, think bad garage rock. But a simple type of riff which could be used for a beginning or break segment if shorten.

I came up with this melody while testing my new korg kronos 2. This playing style is common in the balkans.

Wrote/recorded a short rock song at 120 bpm in ableton live 9:guitar recorded direct into a scarlett 18i20 then used guitar rig 5 plugin from native instruments. Ezbass for bass. Ezdrummer for drums. Low gain but mushy and nasty type of tone. Simple riff but with the nasty overtones, think of it as ac/dc if they forgot to tune.

It's me jamming a bit using my epiphone's explorer (tuned to drop-d). Recorded with a zoom h2 via mic-in and a jack cable. Unprocessed an undedited recording. I tried out some licks and chords. I'm not a good guitarist. Nevetheless, this might be a nice recording if you're making an animation about learning musician, or a game with a band member rehearsing alone in a room, or if you want to just chill to my little jam session. This should be mono, but i calculated the difference between left and right channel and it is not zero. So i uploaded it as a stereo file. Could use some denoising. There is some silence at the beginning so you can do that if you need.
